September 2020 Go North East Photograph by In line with the re-commencement of scholars services for the 2020/21 academic year, this vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Deptford.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Riverside.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
January 2018 Go North East Photograph by To ensure that the premium features such as free Wi-Fi, 'Next Stop' audio-visual announcements and USB charging points advertised on "The Blaydon Racer" services 12/12A, "The Crusader" services 26/27 and "Citylink" service 57 are consistently made available to passengers, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Riverside.

December 2017 Go North East This vehicle has returned to Go North East following internal refurbishment and repaint into Go North East's corporate base livery. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot prior to allocation to Deptford Depot.
November 2017 Go North East This vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service at Deptford Depot and released for internal refurbished and repaint at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn. The extensive refurbishment work includes, but is not limited to, external repaint; deep cleaning of the interior of the vehicle; renewal of floor coverings; cleaning all seat frames and re-trimming seats into leather with USB sockets on the back of every seat; fitting blue accent lighting underneath seats to provide extra light on the gangway; and fitting Next Stop Announcements.
August 2017 Go North East Prior to being released for internally refurbished and repaint at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn, this vehicle has been fitted with free customer Wi-Fi.

August 2015 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has received "See it, Do it, Sunderland" branding, with sub-branding for services 35/36. "See it, Do it, Sunderland" replaces the old "Laser" brand previously used on service 35, and intends to promote the links to Sunderland from locations further afield such as Low Moorsley, Chester-le-Street, Houghton-le-Spring and Boldon, using Sunderland City Council's well-known marketing campaign which advertises the things to see and do in Sunderland.
January 2015 Go North East Photograph by In line with a major network review in Sunderland commencing 25th January 2015; this vehicle is now allocated to "Laser" services 35/35A and 36, operating between Low Moorsley, Chester-le-Street, Houghton-le-Spring, Sunderland and Boldon Cinema. At the moment, it carries no route branding.
January 2015 Go North East Photograph by In line with a major network review in Sunderland due to take place from 25th January 2015, the vehicle allocation on "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A and new "Laser" services 35/35A and 36 will be standardised. All journeys on the "Prince Bishops" services will be operated by Scania L94UB/Wright Solar vehicles, and all journeys on the "Laser" 35/36 services will be operated by Mercedes Citaro vehicles. As such, to cover the increase in the number of Mercedes Citaro vehicles required to operate these services, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain gold base livery. The major network review in Sunderland will see the "Silver Arrows" brand name withdrawn, with the revised 2/2A services instead operated by "SimpliCity" branded Optare Versas.
November 2012 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has received "Silver Arrows" branding, with sub-branding for services 2A/2C. The new and improved 10-minute frequency has been added to the cant rail, promoting the more regular service provided between Sunderland City Centre and Washington, via Chester Road and Penshaw. The X3 service has now been removed from the "Red Arrows" brand, and will instead be allocated Volvo B10BLE/Wright Renown vehicles.
April 2012 Go North East Photograph by Despite undergoing a full repaint under warranty in February; this vehicle has now undergone a further repaint, albeit silver this time. Service changes planned later this year will see an increase in the number of vehicles required to operate "Silver Arrows" services 2A/2C. These changes, expected to take place from 11th November 2012, will see the frequency of "Silver Arrows" services 2A/2C to be increased to provide a bus on each route every 20 minutes (providing a combined 10-minute frequency between Sunderland City Centre, Chester Road and Penshaw). It had previously been branded as "Red Arrows", and allocated to service X3.
February 2012 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has undergone repaint into a plain red base livery. The bodywork panels had been suffering from corrosion and needed to be replaced, so was repainted free of charge under warranty.
October 2011 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has received additional vinyls on the cant rail and windscreen to promote the "Red Arrows" X3 service (Sunderland - Newcastle), which runs up to every 30 minutes on Monday to Saturday daytimes.
July 2011 Go North East Photograph by Go North East has introduced a new service, numbered X3 and branded as "Red Arrows", which this vehicle is now allocated to at Deptford Depot. The new X3 service runs from Sunderland to Newcastle via East Boldon, Boldon ASDA, Heworth and Gateshead, completing the journey in around 53 minutes. The company has introduced a new Weekly Saver ticket, available to buy for £15, allowing unlimited travel on the service for one week.
April 2011 Go North East Photograph by Following the entry into service of new "Red Arrows" branded Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs on service X1 (Newcastle - Washington - Easington Lane), this vehicle has been released for cascade and has transferred from Washington Depot to Deptford. Pending the introduction of a new service to be held under the "Red Arrows" brand, this vehicle will temporarily be allocated to service 5 (South Shields - Jarrow), retaining "Red Arrows" branding albeit with the cant rail having been stripped of vinyls.

October 2008 Go North East Presently without branding; this vehicle has entered service at Washington Depot, on "Red Arrows" service X2 (Sunderland - Newcastle).
September 2008 Go North East This vehicle, which carries a plain red base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. It is of 'Gold Standard' specification; featuring full CCTV coverage and recording, information screens, and comfortable seats for all including priority seating with a wheelchair bay for elderly and disabled customers.
