August 2013 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle, which has been in storage at Smiles Engineering, Newcastle upon Tyne, whilst being dismantled for spare parts, has now been sold for scrap to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade.
December 2012 Go North East Photograph by Having been withdrawn from service at Gateshead Depot; this vehicle has been moved to Smiles Engineering, Newcastle upon Tyne, where it will be stored and used for spare parts. It is thought that the engine will be used on similar 5350 (BX54 UCR), and other parts distributed amongst the other articulated Mercedes Citaro 0530G/Mercedes Citaro vehicles at Gateshead Depot.
December 2012 Go North East Photograph by Because the internal layout is unsuitable for Go North East use without modification, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Gateshead Depot.
