This vehicle has received a special promotional livery for Sunderland City Council's #Sunderland2021 City of Culture bid. Go North East are proud to be 'backing the bid' for Sunderland to win UK City of Culture 2021, and are showing their support by raising awareness of the scheme.

This vehicle has been treated to a partial repaint into Go North East's new corporate livery. The new livery design is a a lot more eye-catching and features a two-tone base livery, with the traditional key colour of red towards the front of the bus, and non-metallic dark blue towards the back. It is thought that further vinyls will be added at a later date, in order to reflect the quality and customer values of Go North East.

This vehicle has entered service at Deptford Depot, acting as a primary spare vehicle for "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A/X20 (South Shields - Durham). It will also form the Sunday allocation of Nexus-secured services 135/136.

This vehicle, which carries a red base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Representing an investment of approximately £3.7m, this batch of vehicles are believed to be in line to upgrade "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A/X20. This batch of vehicles are fitted with free customer Wi-Fi, three-pin power sockets and USB connections and Next Stop audio-visual announcements. Internally; they feature Esteban Civic V3 seating complete with e-leather; two-colour Tarabus 'Wood Effect' flooring; and blue accent lighting, which is fitted underneath seats, to provide extra light on the gangway.

Further service changes have taken place due to the reduced demand for bus services as a result of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Consett.
