July 2020 Go North East Photograph by Go North East has resumed the running of its AD122 Hadrian's Wall Country Bus from Saturday 4 July 2020, to help support the opening of businesses and attractions. The return of the AD122 bus will help workers and visitors at businesses and attractions get to their destination if they are unable to use other forms of transport. Attractions opening from tomorrow include The Sill, Roman Army Museum, Vindolanda, Chesters Roman Fort, Corbridge Roman Town, Birdoswald Roman Fort and Housesteads Roman Fort, with any visitors having to book online in advance. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford to Hexham.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Deptford. It should be primarily allocated to the staff shuttle service running between Deptford and Park Lane Interchange, allowing better social distancing measures for the employees that need to use these services.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.

March 2019 Go North East Photograph by Go North East has been named transport partner for the Newcastle Falcons, ahead of the highly anticipated 2019 European Club Rugby Finals being hosted in the city in May. A special Go North East branded minibus will embark on a three-week, 50-event Newcastle 2019 Trophies Tour, taking the prized silverware to rugby clubs, schools, businesses and public events across the region. The vehicle will transport the two trophies, staff, volunteers and the Falcon’s official mascot – Stephen the Seahorse – to events between Friday 22 March and 14 April 2019. Journeying from Middlesbrough to Newcastle, up to Berwick and the Scottish Borders, the Tour will give fans the opportunity to have photographs taken with the trophies - and be in with a chance to win tickets to the finals. In total the silverware will visit 12 schools, 11 rugby clubs, 11 community/public events, five businesses and major sporting fixtures at Newcastle United FC, Middlesbrough FC, Newcastle Eagles basketball, Newcastle Falcons and the Melrose Sevens. While Optare Solo M710SE/Optare 709 (WK58 EAJ) is used for this purpose, this vehicle will take its place at Percy Main and see allocation to the Nexus-secured Whitley Bay local W2 service.
January 2019 Go North East Photograph by Following the end of the Arriva North East industrial action, this vehicle has transferred from Percy Main Depot to Deptford.
January 2019 Go North East Due to planned industrial action on Arriva North East's 'Durham County' services in Durham, Stockton and Redcar, Arriva are running a limited free-to-use service between January 6 and January 12 2019. As such, Go North East are operating duplicate X21 services between Bishop Auckland and Framwellgate Moor, via, Durham, and providing buses with a larger capacity on services X5, X6 and X7, which operate between Hartlepool, Peterlee and Sunderland. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Percy Main, in order to operate service 19, which releases a full-size single-deck to be allocated to services 309/310 and release a double-deck vehicle to Riverside on temporary loan to operate the duplicate X21 services.

December 2018 Go North East Photograph by Remaining in a float/reserve capacity, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Riverside. Go North East are operating a special service from Riverside Depot for the Enchanted Belsay event. This service operates Thursday to Sunday only between 6th and 22nd December. The service requires five vehicles, which must be single decks because of trees.
November 2018 Go North East Photograph by To provide Deptford Depot with an additional minibus over the winter season; following the end of the month-long Metro Replacement contract in operation at Washington Depot, this vehicle has transferred to Deptford following fitment of a vandal screen at the Saltmeadows Road bodyshop facility.
October 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Hexham Depot to Washington, in a float/reserve capacity, in order to provide driver changeover transport for a month-long Metro Replacement contract. From Monday 1st October 2018 to Saturday 3rd November, no trains will run between Chichester and South Shields. This is to allow for track and signal upgrades for the new South Shields Interchange, due to open in 2019. Go North East has been awarded the contract to operate Metro Replacement bus service number 900 for the duration of the line closure. Optare Solo SR M900SL/Optare 723 (YD63 UZC) temporarily transferred to Washington for this purpose, though the arrival of this vehicle allows 723 (YD63 UZC) to return to Hexham to allow the withdrawal of Dennis MPD/Alexander Mini Pointer 619 (NK55 RUW).
June 2018 Go North East As part of a scheme to standardise the fleet at Hexham and consistently provide a free Wi-Fi service, this vehicle has now been fitted with free Wi-Fi.

March 2018 Go North East With three of the boards on "Wear Xpress" services X6/X7 being temporarily converted to Scania L94UB/Wright Solar operation, the displaced "Wear Xpress" branded Optare Solo SR M890 vehicles are being allocated to other services. Two of these vehicles are to be allocated to Nexus-secured service 168 (East Rainton - Easington Lane) and "indiGo East Durham" service 206 (Peterlee - Hutton Henry), which are currently operated by this vehicle and sister 636 (NK61 FMD). As a result; ahead of the commencement of the seasonal Hadrian's Wall AD122 service and this vehicle's allocation to Hexham Depot, it has been temporarily withdrawn from service at Peterlee Depot, to allow it to be prepared for service (removal of vandal screen and bodywork etc tidied up for better presentation).
October 2017 Go North East Reflecting changes to Durham County Council contracts; this vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Peterlee, serving as a replacement vehicle for Optare Solo M710SE/Optare 707 (WK58 EAF) and 708 (WK58 EAG) on Nexus-secured service 168 and service 206, as these vehicles have transferred to Stanley. The allocation of this vehicle to Peterlee is only temporary, as this vehicle is not required at Hexham Depot over the winter season while the Hadrian's Wall Country Bus AD122 service does not operate. It had previously spent some time at Riverside Depot, seeing use as a reserve vehicle for a shuttle bus service in operation in the Winlaton area.
October 2017 Go North East Due to the closure of Blaydon Bank between Shibdon Road and Widdrington Road from Saturday 21 until Wednesday 25 October, buses will be unable to run to normal route and will be diverted for the period of the works. During this time a shuttle bus will be serving the areas which cannot be served by services 12/12A, 49, 69 and 90 for the duration of the works. As this vehicle is not required at Hexham Depot over the winter season while the Hadrian's Wall Country Bus AD122 service does not operate; this vehicle has transferred from Hexham Depot to Riverside, where it will act as the backup vehicle in the event that the allocated vehicle for this shuttle bus, Wright Streetlite WF/Wright Streetlite 9101 (SK65 PWV), is unfit for service.
