RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - conzog - 13 Apr 2015 (13 Apr 2015, 7:37 am)Martin Rogers The New E400 MMC's for Oxford are due for delivery in mid-late July 2015. Cheers RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Martin Rogers - 13 Apr 2015 (12 Apr 2015, 6:22 pm)Southernsofty Does anyone know what happened to the final Enviro 200s of the 2014/2015 order - 37280-37290? Fleet numbers 37280 - 37290, don't appear in the 2015 Stagecoach Handbook, so they have obviously been cancelled. RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Kuyoyo - 15 Apr 2015 (15 Apr 2015, 9:00 pm)Malarkey Out of curiosity what is "Honister Spec" for the Solo SRs heading to Carlisle. Modifed to operate over the Honister Pass on the 77/77A as per Solos 47721/2. RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - citaro5284 - 15 Apr 2015 (15 Apr 2015, 9:09 pm)Kuyoyo Modifed to operate over the Honister Pass on the 77/77A as per Solos 47721/2. Which means what - what has been modified on the vehicle....is it a gerbox ratio change, different diff put in or something else? RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Southernsofty - 16 Apr 2015 "15261-15290: Canterbury" As Canterbury is an outstation of Herne Bay (current PVR of @ 17) - so maybe this should read Herne Bay? (In addition, Canterbury P&R vehicles are separately based at Dover). RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Dan - 16 Apr 2015 (15 Apr 2015, 10:06 pm)citaro5284 Which means what - what has been modified on the vehicle....is it a gerbox ratio change, different diff put in or something else? It was speculated originally (prior to the Stagecoach UK order being confirmed last year) that Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancs were to order two Solo SRs for the 77/77A routes, but only one was delivered. The Optare Solo SR M880SL based at Carlisle which was delivered was intended to be a reserve vehicle for when 47721/22 were VOR, but Stagecoach realised upon arrival of the bus that it was too big for the route and couldn't be used. If my memory serves me correctly, Stagecoach made some modifications to the suspension of Solo SR 47921 and it now can be used as a last resort spare when the preferred reserve Solo is unavailable. Up to now, it has spent much of its time on the short 685 Carlisle - Brampton service, though I suspect upon the arrival of newer Solo SRs which are replacing the ADL Enviro200s, that this will just become a reserve vehicle and will be allocated to various town services as well as the 685. Kuyoyo may be able to confirm if the Honister specification entails more than the above. RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Alfie31511 - 17 Apr 2015 Does anyone know when the winchester ones are due? RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Martin Rogers - 17 Apr 2015 (17 Apr 2015, 12:07 pm)Alfie31511 Does anyone know when the winchester ones are due? November/December 2015 RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Alfie31511 - 17 Apr 2015 (17 Apr 2015, 12:12 pm)Martin Rogers November/December 2015 Ok thanks for letting me know RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - AIG20 - 18 Apr 2015 Does anyone know why there is a gap between ADL E300s 27208 & 27211; and ADL E200s 37292 & 37301? RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Martin Rogers - 19 Apr 2015 (16 Apr 2015, 5:47 am)Southernsofty "15261-15290: Canterbury" Not being funny but the Canterbury specified allocation is precisely what is recorded on the Delivery Schedule as produced by Stagecoach UK Bus. It doesn't show as Herne Bay, it literally says/shows Canterbury as the allocation. RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Martin Rogers - 19 Apr 2015 (18 Apr 2015, 8:08 pm)AIG20 Does anyone know why there is a gap between ADL E300s 27208 & 27211; and ADL E200s 37292 & 37301? Odd gaps in Fleet Blocks are often left, just in case Stagecoach purchases other Operators, as in the case of Norfolk Green & is then able to slot vehicles in. Also I would suspect if an "Odd" extra vehicle (s) is required the spare numbers can be used to accommodate these Odd vehicles. The same could also be said for the likes of Arriva North East, where I believe there is a gap between 1523 & 1550 ? RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - Southernsofty - 20 Apr 2015 (19 Apr 2015, 7:17 am)Martin Rogers Not being funny but the Canterbury specified allocation is precisely what is recorded on the Delivery Schedule as produced by Stagecoach UK Bus. It doesn't show as Herne Bay, it literally says/shows Canterbury as the allocation. Happy to accept that it states 'Canterbury' on the delivery schedule. Would just point out that Canterbury outstation has a PVR of 17 (With the vehicles maintained at Herne bay), The Canterbury Park & Ride buses (4 - Enviro 400, 6 Enviro 300) are based at Dover depot. The VOSA site shows Canterbury as an operating centre of 17 vehicles. I would suggest that perhaps the intention is to use 17 of the new vehicles at Canterbury on a daily basis (with the whole batch being allocated to Herne Bay). RE: Stagecoach 2015/2016 order - AIG20 - 20 Apr 2015 The First New Vehicles of the 2015/2016 order are currently undergoing delivery. I assume these are E300 bodied Scania's.
