To me this just looks like someone lying in the road which is certainly one way to get in hospital.
What the bloody hell's next?! A sculpture of a man falling off a ladder? A person stepping out infront of a car?

Well, if you sit 20' up a wall, it's always going to end in tears.
And yes, it's about as helpful as this. GNE paid good money to put these up in the Prontos. I can onl assume they're warning of dangers of standing on the miniature people on the floor of the bus.
