(02 Nov 2017, 6:22 pm)Malarkey I would think the Mellor Strata will be going to Hexham to be trialled on the 185/681.

As for the "Shitelite" I think that'll go to Riverside for the Quaylink, if not Stanley on the ToonLinks.

Yes - Strata to be allocated to the 185/681 cycle as usual (only thing that it's suitable to evaluate performance on, really). This releases a Solo SR to operate the 680S Brunton Crossroads service. Streetlite to be allocated to the 34 at Chester-le-Street - filling the void on this service.

Fleet numbers to be allocated this morning - quite likely that the Streetlite will be out in service by this afternoon, for those interested.

Washington have been undertaking a lot of work on 3941/42, so that they're "on par" with 3943 so to speak.

3941 has only just recently returned to service, but 3942 hasn't been back out in service yet. This is why the OmniDekkas have yet to transfer to Stanley (and why Stanley retain the last B7/Tridents).

Plain red - should both be painted in full fleet livery next year when things quieten down.

Nothing set in stone for the Streetlite, but the Strata is only here for two weeks (will be returned on Friday 17th November).

Can we use Go North East passes on the 40/40A/40B?

RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - November 2017 - Michael - 04 Nov 2017

Has a Scania gone to Washington to replace 5338?, since that's gone for refurbishment.

Streetlite on 34A for Urpeth Grange, outside Coral's, now, just after 11am.

RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - November 2017 - S813 FVK - 04 Nov 2017

While I remember:

What is the reasoning for some of the Versas (8322 & 8327 at least) having larger 'via' points the destinations, matching the size of the main terminal point? They seem to be the standard 144x19 display so I can't think of any reason as to why they would need to display things differently.
