The Eden name was sold by Arriva to Graeme Scarlet back in the early 00s, so it's a separate company entirely.
The Eden will be running the revised Newton Aycliffe Town Service from the end of the month, which will be a one bus operation covering bits of the current 17/18/116I'm rather surprised The Eden are running this service.
It's a DCC contract. Timetable should be online next week and I expect they will use the Primo on there?Hopefully they'll use that on there. I would like to see them buy another low floor bus (possibly a SB Travel Solo) to use as backup as I don't think the OAPS would be too happy with old step entrance buses turning up.

The bus used was Optare Solo M710SE - SB07 JSB, not sure if they've bought this from JSB Travel or if its just a loan, still has JSB Tavel vinyl's on the back

Sad to report that it was running about 10 minutes late when I saw it
Hope this doesn't become regular occurrence.
Had a ride on a optare solo from this company and I thought it was excellent. I think it was sb07 jsbIt was SB07 JSB,, I've ridden it before and it is nice.
Solo V470GBF has been fully repainted into Eden livery, but I'm not sure if this has actually been bought from JSB or on 'lease' for the duration of the initial service 17 contractAny idea how long the initial contract lasts.
