People? Tongue

Na, its true though, i wouldn't, hopefully the development means the roads/area can be changed.

If i got my way i would:

1. Knock down the job centre and the shops.

2: Move the bus stops down to where the E's stop, increase the stops on that part of the road from 1 to 3, reason why..... not sure people would stop in it if everyone will be standing under the canopy for the bus.

Update on Dalton Park:

Cinema, supermarket and fast-food restaurant set to move into £45million expansion at Dalton Park

Cineworld, Morrisons and KFC are due to take the keys for their plots next month, while Pizza Express, Frankie & Benny’s and Prezzo will take on their properties in May.

A firm to run the hotel and pub on site is still to be appointed, with a petrol station also being built next to its entrance.

A non-food shop will also open in the same unit as Morrisons, with the new business expected to be open this summer.

A popular Sunderland pub has been forced to close its doors to devastated punters this week.

The Corner Flag pub on High Street West near Keel Square closed yesterday after a struggle over rent demands.

Wonder if this will be knocked down as part of the area development.

New Wear Bridge name: Crossing will celebrate Sunderland’s history and heritage

Sunderland’s stunning new Wear Crossing is going back to the future after hundreds of people had their say on the first stage of its naming.

Almost 1,000 people took part in the poll, and the result was never really in doubt. History and heritage was the runaway winner, racking up almost as many votes as the other three categories put together, with 45% of the vote.
