Any updates for the Clean Bus Technology Fund?

Buses in region to be fitted with green technology to cut emissions, Nearly 450 buses in England - including 34 in Gateshead and Sunderland and 121 in Yorkshire - will be upgraded after 18 local authorities made successful bids for around £7m of funding to carry out the work, the Department for Transport (DfT) announced.

Bristol's 'revolutionary' electric buses = BBC News

Maybe with this funding we may see more Hybrid Electric buses introduced in the North East - like the ones in Bristol in the article above?
