June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Percy Main.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
January 2018 Go North East Following the application of "Coaster" branding; this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Percy Main, seeing primary allocation to "Coaster" services 1/1A (Whitley Bay - Wallsend - Newcastle - Gateshead).
January 2018 Go North East Following repaint; this vehicle has received "Coaster" branding, with sub-branding for services 1/1A (Whitley Bay - Wallsend - Newcastle - Gateshead). The branding features the tagline "ELECTRIC HYBRID", showing a leaf with an electric bolt within it, promoting Go North East's commitment to providing more environmentally-friendly buses in the region.
January 2018 Go North East Following the entry into service of new double-deck vehicles on "Angel" service 21, representing a £4.3 million investment, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain light blue base livery. It is planned for this vehicles, and the others in its batch, to be branded for the "Coaster" services and transfer to Percy Main to operate services 1/1A (Whitley Bay - Wallsend - Newcastle - Gateshead).
January 2018 Go North East Following the entry into service of new double-deck vehicles on "Angel" service 21, representing a £4.3 million investment, this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service at Chester-le-Street to be prepared for repaint and re-branding at Saltmeadows Road Depot.
October 2017 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has received a special promotional livery to advertise the "Night Bus" N21 service. It is intended to act as a mobile advertisement for the service on the daytime 21 route, raising awareness of the 24-hour operation of the service on weekends.
September 2017 Go North East Photograph by Having previously carried "Angel" branding, this vehicle has now been repainted into a two-tone black and green base livery. Once repainted; it will receive a promotional livery for the Night Bus N21 service, which operates on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 00:15 and 03:15am, between Newcastle and Durham University, via Chester-le-Street and Durham City Centre. Although the vehicle may not be allocated to the N21 service itself, it will act as a mobile advertisement for the service on the daytime 21 route, raising awareness of the 24-hour operation of the service on weekends.

October 2012 Go North East This vehicle, which carries a striking two-tone yellow and green base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It features Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcement screens, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Once prepared for service, it is expected that the vehicle will transfer to Chester-le-Street Depot.
