June 2018 Go North East This vehicle has been sold for scrap to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade.
March 2018 Go North East Following completion of the Eminox exhaust system modifications being undertaken on Hexham Depot's Mercedes Citaro 0530N/Mercedes Citaro vehicles, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Hexham Depot.
February 2018 Go North East Following brief withdrawal from service, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Hexham Depot. It has been reinstated to cover for Hexham's own Mercedes Citaro 0530N/Mercedes Citaro vehicles which are currently off the road undergoing Eminox exhaust system modifications.
February 2018 Go North East Having been replaced at Chester-le-Street Depot by one of the former "South Tyne" branded Optare Versas, now in fleet livery at Chester-le-Street, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service.
February 2018 Go North East From 28th January 2018, Go North East are making changes to a number of services to improve reliability and to allow new travel opportunities. As part of these service changes, "South Tyne" services 88/88A have been withdrawn and replaced by revised service 9 and new "Crusader" service 26. As a result of the withdrawal of the 88/88A services, this vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Chester-le-Street. The re-allocation of this vehicle to Chester-le-Street is a temporary measure, and will be withdrawn from service on arrival of the former "South Tyne" branded Optare Versas at Chester-le-Street.
September 2017 Go North East In order to allow the conversion of scholars service 28S from single-deck to double-deck, this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Riverside. It is expected that one of the double-deck vehicles allocated to the Special Events fleet will transfer to Chester-le-Street Depot in exchange.
September 2017 Go North East Following temporary loan to Crook Depot, this vehicle has returned to service at Chester-le-Street.
September 2017 Go North East This vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Crook, on temporary loan, to alleviate vehicle shortages.
September 2017 Go North East The operation of the Durham County Council home-to-school contract, numbered 5030, has transferred to Deptford Depot. This vehicle was originally intended to be cascaded in line with the transfer of this contract, but will instead be retained at Chester-le-Street, acting as a replacement for Optare Versa V1110/Optare 8303 (NK09 FVD) which has been withdrawn having sustained serious fire damage.
April 2017 Go North East Photograph by Following the entry into service of the refurbished Mercedes Citaros on "Wear Xpress" service X5, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Chester-le-Street. From Sunday 19th March 2017; Go North East will introduce an improved 30-minute frequency to service 13 on Monday to Saturday daytimes, and it will interwork with services 14 and X25. The revised PVR will be 10, and 8 of the vehicles allocated will be single-deck Scania L94UB/Wright Solar vehicles, which are more reliable and will reduce fuel and maintenance costs.
February 2016 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of the arrival of brand new Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Micro-Hybrid vehicles, which are planned to be allocated to Deptford Depot and deployed on "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery.
