January 2024 Go North East Following the entry into service of the new Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max vehicles within the Driver Training fleet, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has been reinstated within the Driver Training fleet at Riverside. It is currently the only remaining bus in the Driver Training fleet, to assist with training when existing drivers return to work.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
September 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has now received "Join the Team!" branding; which showcases some of the benefits of joining the company and training at the Team GNE Academy, such as free travel benefits, free uniform, and high-street retailer discounts.
April 2018 Go North East Photograph by In order to improve the appearance of the Driver Training fleet, the entire batch of Scania L94s are to undergo repaint. Having previously carried a plain red base livery, this vehicle has now received a plain blue livery. It is intended for the batch to have branding fitted in the future, showcasing some of the benefits of joining "Team GNE" thereby acting as a mobile advertisement for the company's recruitment programme.
February 2018 Go North East Photograph by Following recent service changes at Riverside Depot, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Riverside. It is currently receiving modifications at Thorntons Brothers, Ashington, ahead of impending cascade to the Driver Training fleet.
October 2017 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Hexham Depot to Riverside. It has been released for cascade from Hexham Depot, where it was previously allocated to, due to the impending entry into service of Mercedes Citaro 0530N/Mercedes Citaro 5303 (NK08 CHJ) on "Tynedale Links" service 680.
July 2017 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of upcoming fleet re-allocations which will see a number of the former "See it, Do it, Sunderland" branded Mercedes Citaros cascaded to Hexham Depot following refurbishment to upgrade "Tynedalexpress" services X84/X85 and "Tynedale Links" service 680, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery. This example carries the tagline "It's our fantastic people - all 2000 of them - that make the wheels on our buses go round and round"
March 2016 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has received the revised "Tynedale Links" branding, in line with the launch of the new Optare Solo SR minibuses on some of the "Tynedale Links" network of services.
February 2016 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of new Optare Solo SR minibuses arriving at Hexham Depot to upgrade some of the "Tynedale Links" services which currently operate with Transbus Mini Pointer Darts; this vehicle has been repainted into a plain yellow base livery with a blue strip above the windows, providing a consistent brand design with the new vehicles due for delivery shortly.
