August 2017 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has been sold for preservation to a private buyer.
June 2017 Go North East Photograph by Having incurred defects uneconomical to repair, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Deptford Depot. The X36 service, which operates on an hourly frequency between Sunderland and Newcastle via the North Sunderland estates and The Boldons, is planned to be withdrawn from Sunday 23rd July 2017, and with this would have come the withdrawal of both of the Dennis MPDs allocated to this service. Until the service is withdrawn, its temporary replacement will be provided once new Wright Streetlites enter service at Deptford on "Black Cats" services 2/2A and 39.
April 2017 Go North East Photograph by Serving as a replacement for Transbus MPD/Transbus Mini Pointer 570 (NK53 TMU) which was withdrawn having sustained defects uneconomical to repair, this vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Deptford.
January 2017 Go North East Photograph by Originally withdrawn due to its MOT expiring, this vehicle has now undergone PSV test and has been reinstated at Riverside Depot to replace Dennis MPD/Alexander Mini Pointer 605 (NK54 NUA).
December 2016 Go North East Photograph by Numerically the final one of its type in the fleet, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Deptford Depot. Just five similar examples remain in service: three at Deptford and two at Riverside.
