October 2020 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has now returned to service at Riverside Depot. Despite being unbranded, this vehicle will form part of the PVR on "Crusader" services 26/27.
October 2020 Go North East This vehicle has returned from Bus & Coach World, Blackburn, following seat re-trim and USB charging points fitment.
September 2020 Go North East Following the end of the rail replacement contract in operation from Deptford Depot, this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service, allowing the re-trimming of seats and installation of USB charging points, at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn.
September 2020 Go North East Photograph by Following the entry into service of the new Wright StreetDecks at Washington; this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Deptford, albeit just on a temporary basis. At Deptford, this vehicle will be used primarily on Arriva North East school movement duplicate services, permitting the release of coaches to operate rail replacement services.
August 2020 Go North East In partnership with Gateshead Council; this vehicle has received exhaust modifications, increasing the Euro standard of this bus from Euro 5 to Euro 6.
July 2020 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of the delivery of new Wright StreetDeck vehicles for service X1, this vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's 2019 fleet livery.
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Washington.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
March 2020 Go North East Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there is falling customer demand and available resources. Therefore, to combat this during these unprecedented times, Go North East has reduced its service levels from Monday 23 March to run enhanced Sunday timetables rather than the full normal weekday output (Sunday service levels, plus some extra morning journeys for key workers, and a small number of contracted school/works services). As such - due to the lower number of vehicles being required at the moment - a number of transfers have taken place to ensure services are operated by the most fuel-efficient, economic and reliable buses. One such transfer is of this vehicle from Washington Depot to Riverside, in order to operate scholars services.

November 2015 Go North East Photograph by Having previously carried "Red Arrows" branding, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain red base livery. It is thought that this will coincide with a re-branding scheme of the "Red Arrows" branded vehicles once all vehicles have been repainted.

April 2011 Go North East This vehicle, which carries a red base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. Equipped with free Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcements, this vehicle is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Once prepared for service; it will be allocated to Washington Depot for use on "Red Arrows" service X1, displacing half of the single deckers currently allocated.
