The 120,000 sq ft campus will be built in Sunderland city centre on the land known as the Holmeside Triangle opposite Park Lane bus station. That's Entertainment has supposed to of closed in the town... shame because it was a decent shop Updates regarding pubs in the city center: Port Of Call (was Chase) is due to open soon Beehive - due to open soon (Not sure of it's new name?) - opening soon Black Bull has also re-opened after a 1 million investment - now called Vesta Tilleys - Not sure if it's already opened? There was a warm fire (which came in handy as we sat near to the door), the punters were friendly and had quite a bit of banter. The doormen were alright as well . Seems like a place to go to before you hit other bars/clubs later on in the night. The pub which was built into the site was great for quiet pints. The beer wasn't fantastic with it being Vaux, but was a lovely little place.
