Oh and I hate people who get you gift cards for Christmas. He's a £10 gift card we paid £10 for to restrict your options for getting something you want in the shop you never normally buy anything from. Give me cash! I am so ungrateful ain't I? Used to be great for the kids' clothes, but get hardly anything for Big'un there, now, even though it's one of the few places selling stuff in his size (he's at that awkward point where many shops have stopped selling kids' sizes, but not much adult stuff fits him properly - and it's more expensive). I still get joggers for him there, though - nice fit for skinny arses like him. Around £100,000 has been invested into transforming the former Rhythm bar, which closed its doors in August, into a German-style pub complete with Bavarian Toby jugs, vintage boar’s head, wood panelling and benches. http://www.sunderlandecho.com/whats-on/pubs-and-clubs/beers-bratwurst-and-buffalo-burgers-as-sunderland-s-first-bierkeller-opens-its-doors-1-7968629 RE: Sunderland Area Developments - St Mary's Way, Vaux, New Wear Bridge etc - Michael - 18 Jun 2016 Lidl at North Hylton Road to be approved. http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/Committees/CMIS5/Document.ashx?czJKcaeAi5tUFL1DTL2UE4zNRBcoShgo=8NbdTrt1Uqz90ULN4OqLNFSmU%2f%2frQslObS1qODEifocFM2OdrMtPWA%3d%3d&rUzwRPf%2bZ3zd4E7Ikn8Lyw%3d%3d=pwRE6AGJFLDNlh225F5QMaQWCtPHwdhUfCZ%2fLUQzgA2uL5jNRG4jdQ%3d%3d&mCTIbCubSFfXsDGW9IXnlg%3d%3d=hFflUdN3100%3d&kCx1AnS9%2fpWZQ40DXFvdEw%3d%3d=hFflUdN3100%3d&uJovDxwdjMPoYv%2bAJvYtyA%3d%3d=ctNJFf55vVA%3d&FgPlIEJYlotS%2bYGoBi5olA%3d%3d=NHdURQburHA%3d&d9Qjj0ag1Pd993jsyOJqFvmyB7X0CSQK=ctNJFf55vVA%3d&WGewmoAfeNR9xqBux0r1Q8Za60lavYmz=ctNJFf55vVA%3d&WGewmoAfeNQ16B2MHuCpMRKZMwaG1PaO=ctNJFf55vVA%3d RE: Sunderland Area Developments - St Mary's Way, Vaux, New Wear Bridge etc - Michael - 19 Jun 2016 Better deigns for the new Sunderland Strategic Transport Corridor Phase 3 (SSTC3) leading to the new bridge in Sunderland is out: http://sunderland-consult.limehouse.co.uk/file/3963583 http://sunderland-consult.limehouse.co.uk/file/3963581 http://sunderland-consult.limehouse.co.uk/file/3963587 More PDF's can be found here: http://sunderland-consult.limehouse.co.uk/portal/chief_executives/planning_and_environment/sstc3_may_2016?tab=files RE: Sunderland Area Developments - St Mary's Way, Vaux, New Wear Bridge etc - Michael - 25 Jun 2016 Couple of planning applications has gone in for the town centre: Kaspers signage - Address 220 - 221 High Street West City Centre Sunderland SR1 1TZ Proposal Display of 2no. externally illuminated fascia signs, 1no. externally illuminated projecting sign and 2no. retractable awnings. http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=O8CJY0BBGKM00 -------------- KFC 16/00931/FUL | Subdivision of existing unit to create two units and change of use from Use Class A1 to mixed use A1/A3 (retail/cafe) and mixed use A3/A5 (KFC) including replacement shop front, alternations to external elevations and construction of a bin storage area to rear of 18- 20 Market Square. | Maplins Electronics Limited 26 - 28 Market Square Sunderland SR1 3HW http://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=O7QO1NBBGAE00 RE: Sunderland Area Developments - St Mary's Way, Vaux, New Wear Bridge etc - idiot - 25 Jun 2016 Does that mean maplin will half in size for KFC to open?
