Seen tonight outside AD Falkirk, behind a non-stagecoach E400MMC with "Happy Holidays" beaming from its destination display to bid farewell to the workers leaving for the summer shutdown, was Stagecoach E400MMC SN16OWU.

I think this is correct as, apparently, the body numbers tie in with the second part of the Manchester order. However, there is little info on which ones have made it to Manchester, and certainly none are in service yet.
10598-608 have now appeared on the uk-buses site as at Ashton "depot". From information I have been given, 10598 (as SN16 OVX) is correct, but of the others;, some have not yet been delivered, whilst those that have (about six units) do not tie-up in terms of registration/fleet numbers/body numbers

A further update here is that SN16 OWG/H/J/K are believed to be 10606-9 resp, with 10612 (SN16 OWP) another one delivered, and quickly entered service at HE. I believe a few more of the HE batch have also arrived, but contrary to info published on another list (or two), none of 10598-608 are yet in service at AZ (as of yesterday) and indeed about 5 of those have yet to be delivered, unless they've gone straight to Ashton.

Funny that these should be updated now. 10607 has just been reported in service at AZ and confirmed as 'OWH. However, 10598 has been reported on a HE service and having originally been confirmed as wearing 'OVX, it was then suggested it should be O*U*X, only to be sighted wearing 'OUP !!! Meanwhile, 10609-13 are in service at HE.

Apologies, but who ever reported 10598 in service must have had too many sherbets(!) I've just had a private message confirming it is yet to enter service, and is registered SN16 OVX after all. The report of 10613 entering service was also premature, but it should be ready for HE operation this week.

It appears there's already extra unannounced vehicles on the order.
The first Van Hool Astromega TDX27 for Glasgow to replace the 6 currently TD927s on the long distance Scotland to London services (supposed to be used on the M11 from Aberdeen to London but have been know to appear on the M20 Glasgow to London since they moved from Aberdeen) has been spotted at Arriva Bus and Coach at Gomersal (Cleckheaton). These will be 50287-92.

Last night, Stagecoach E400MMCs SN16OYO and SN16 OYP were parked outside AD Falkirk.
Based on lists of registration allocations for Manchester (I have seen 'marks' allocated up to 'OXM' for the last Manchester batch), these look to be of a following batch.
Also outside AD Falkirk last night were two white E200MMCs (operator unknown) registered SN16OXV/SN16OXW so there is another 'gap' in the sequence before Stagecoach registrations resume. Based on this, OYO/OYP could be Newcastle-bound.

It has been suggested that two ADL E400MMCs are parked up in Walkergate Depot today - so you could be right!

There will be an update later with new details. Mainly surrounding the Sprinters.
And yes - SN16 OXP/R have been reported at Walkergate. Likely therefore the two spotted at Falkirk are also Newcastle bound as Barnsley's are apparently the first examples to be built at Scarborough.
