RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - S813 FVK - 31 Mar 2017 (31 Mar 2017, 3:34 pm)GX03 Any bus could turn left out of Avon road, just gotta make sure to leave enough space. What would happen if there was a 16 heading to Stanley and there was an accident to the right so the bus had to turn left?. Is the timetable of the 704 going to be copied or changed? I never said it couldn't be done or was impossible, I just commented on it being tight although having been on google maps streetview, it doesn't look as bad as it did in my head. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - NK53 TKT - 31 Mar 2017 (30 Mar 2017, 9:46 am)Kuyoyo PB0003954/690 Registered What are they doing now? RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - Andreos1 - 01 Apr 2017 Hearing big rumours, that changes to the 21 are in the pipeline. The hybrids are off to another route and new vehicles will be allocated to the 21, with a return of the 21A and a new X23. The 21A will run as it did previously. The 21 will continue running to Durham. The X23 will be an express service to Newcastle, originating from Langley Park and looping around Waldridge Park Est, before operating a limited stop service to Newcastle like the X21. Edit: Other timetables look to be online now. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - S813 FVK - 19 Apr 2017 (19 Apr 2017, 8:28 am)Michael Looks like timetables are going on the site now, only the 6A timetable is on so far though. The 6A is the current 6, with the 6 omitting Burnopfield and Tantobie. Looks like Hobson have now got a bus after a year and a bit of not having one. Also shows the double decker toon link branding - very nice indeed. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - Michael - 19 Apr 2017 (19 Apr 2017, 8:40 am)S813 FVK Also shows the double decker toon link branding - very nice indeed. 12/12A is now the "Blaydon Racer" M6/M7/M8 is down as "Metrocentre Mini" on the new timetable RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - S813 FVK - 19 Apr 2017 (19 Apr 2017, 8:43 am)Michael M6/M7/M8 is down as "Metrocentre Mini" on the new timetable Yes, it also means I now have a direct bus to Metrocentre rather than having to change at Stanley although I am unlikely to use it. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - Kuyoyo - 19 Apr 2017 Some improvements - like the new M8 (aka the V8) serving Annfield Plain on Saturdays as well rather than the current weekday-only operation. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes v2 - S813 FVK - 19 Apr 2017 Q3 will now serve Eldon Square on its way to Wallsend, as opposed to Haymarket (which it still uses when heading to Great Park) V1 extended to serve Templetown once an hour |
