Note this picture below, you'd have to remove 1-2 of those seats behind the cab in the first place to even think about putting in more seating - and that's without taking into account that the floor of the upstairs is raised above the cab/accessible seating area, so any space behind that (i.e where the luggage space is) is nowhere near big enough to consider seating (2nd link).
