Charles RE: Phoenix Coaches - Jimmi - 09 Jan 2016 (09 Jan 2016, 9:48 am)Charles41 Good photo Jimmi, did you take that at Blyth? I might have a trip up there. Thanks, Phoenix actually asked me if I was intrested in taking some photos of that coach, so I accepted their offer and we ended up going down on this to Blyth Quayside where I got this photo. I got a shot where we can see more of the boat behind it. Also snapped a few things in their yard which I may upload at some point. Very kind of them, and very good of you to be in a position to actually talk to them Definitely upload whatever else they have, could always do with some more photos for our fleetlist RE: Phoenix Coaches - tyresmoke - 10 Jan 2016 Right I've gone through and updated our fleetlist completely, adding in the deckers etc http://northeastbuses.co.uk/fleet/operators/index.php?operator=92 Other points to note A12PNX Cheetah (909) - re-registered back to YN10FZA A14PNX Cheetah (911) - re-registered back to YN58CGO Can anyone supply fleet numbers for those missing from our list? That would be Solo's KX53SCZ, KY63VTG, Vario YP02FZL and new Yutong YG65ASV I believe 912 SF05XCY has been sold as this registration no longer exists? The new Yutong coming in has probably replaced this anyway. RE: Phoenix Coaches - omnicity4659 - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 2:03 pm)tyresmoke Right I've gone through and updated our fleetlist completely, adding in the deckers etc No fleet numbers for those vehicles, otherwise they would be on the ticket and a small red sticker on the vehicle. RE: Phoenix Coaches - Phoenix Coaches - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 2:03 pm)tyresmoke Right I've gone through and updated our fleetlist completely, adding in the deckers etcKX53 SCZ is 906 KY63 VTG is 902 YP02 FZL is no longer at Phoenix, it was a loan from Fishwicks YG65 ASV is 912 909 & 911 are being prepared for sale on Friday and being replaced with 2 * Yutong TC9's Sf05 XCY was sold to Procters and has been sold on. RE: Phoenix Coaches - tyresmoke - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 7:31 pm)Phoenix Coaches KX53 SCZ is 906 Thank you very much for your update, and welcome to the forum! It's always great to have operators keeping us up to date. RE: Phoenix Coaches - omnicity4659 - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 7:31 pm)Phoenix Coaches KX53 SCZ is 906 Ah brilliant! Thanks for the update I haven't seen the Iveco (901/MX09KKC) for a while, has it gained the new logos or has that moved on too? RE: Phoenix Coaches - Phoenix Coaches - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 7:44 pm)GX03 SVC Ah brilliant! Thanks for the update 901 went part ex. To fishwicks for one of the many Transits on the fleet RE: Phoenix Coaches - omnicity4659 - 10 Jan 2016 (10 Jan 2016, 8:02 pm)Phoenix Coaches 901 went part ex. To fishwicks for one of the many Transits on the fleet Cheers, last saw it in either September or October on the old 30. I have seen a rise in Transits recently so that explains it. RE: Phoenix Coaches - tyresmoke - 23 Feb 2016 The 2 Yutong TC9's have now arrived - YG65ASX (909) and YG65ASZ (911). Photo here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/nebp2/24482308204/ Presumably the 2 Cheetah's have now been sold. Also added to the fleet is Volvo B10M Alexander PS training bus M421RRN from East Yorkshire. RE: Phoenix Coaches - omnicity4659 - 23 Feb 2016 (23 Feb 2016, 12:53 pm)tyresmoke The 2 Yutong TC9's have now arrived - YG65ASX (909) and YG65ASZ (911). Sad to hear the Cheetahs have been sold. It was always a welcome sight when they used to be allocated to the 30. Can't access Flickr on the wifi, but are the Yutongs the small length coaches? I saw one a month ago. RE: Phoenix Coaches - tyresmoke - 23 Feb 2016 (23 Feb 2016, 1:05 pm)GX03 SVC Sad to hear the Cheetahs have been sold. It was always a welcome sight when they used to be allocated to the 30. Yeah they've had a longer one for a few months but the two shorter ones have turned up now. If Phoenix see this can you confirm they are 35 seaters as per similar ones in the NE? RE: Phoenix Coaches - DanPicken - 23 Feb 2016 (23 Feb 2016, 1:34 pm)tyresmoke Yeah they've had a longer one for a few months but the two shorter ones have turned up now. They are 35 seaters, I had 911 on a school trip 2 weeks ago. RE: Phoenix Coaches - tyresmoke - 23 Feb 2016 (23 Feb 2016, 4:00 pm)DanPicken They are 35 seaters, I had 911 on a school trip 2 weeks. Cheers Dan! RE: Phoenix Coaches - dannygee - 04 Mar 2016 How come when they have Not In Service on they also display the number 1. This could confuse people around wallsend and blyth with thinking it could be the GNE or ANE service 1 RE: Phoenix Coaches - omnicity4659 - 04 Mar 2016 (04 Mar 2016, 8:37 pm)dannygee How come when they have Not In Service on they also display the number 1. This could confuse people around wallsend and blyth with thinking it could be the GNE or ANE service 1 I have noticed that, and people have complained to staff at Arriva because "the bus was white, so I missed it" and "the bus was early", when its just been Phoenix's vehicles running SNIS. RE: Phoenix Coaches - dannygee - 04 Mar 2016 (04 Mar 2016, 8:59 pm)GX03 SVC I have noticed that, and people have complained to staff at Arriva because "the bus was white, so I missed it" and "the bus was early", when its just been Phoenix's vehicles running SNIS. Yep surely they shouldnt have a number on when being NIS RE: Phoenix Coaches - biglugs@yahoo.com - 04 Mar 2016 (04 Mar 2016, 9:10 pm)dannygee Yep surely they shouldnt have a number on when being NIS If they did it should be 000 RE: Phoenix Coaches - Tom - 07 May 2016 Just had a double decker B7 (or whatever they are) on the 17!
