From 30th January there is a route change on the 794 (DWP - Stanley), and it appears it's replacing part of the 792 (DWP - Blackhall Mill) Just the South Gosforth Roundabout/Cowgate section by the looks of it. Does anyone know if the 792 is getting revised/cancelled?

Any help much appreciated.

Doesn’t look like 794 stops on that section?

It's listed on the bus stops along the section on Google Maps, but could be wrong. Apparently it stops in South Gosforth, West Jesmond, Cowgate and Slatyford. Either way it's an interesting change and means it will avoid Newcastle and won't need to comply with the CAZ.

Its probably for that reason, as the CAZ comes into effect from the 30th

Kind Regards

Possibly. Makes sense missing out Newcastle as it doesn't stop anyway. But I wonder if it will run non-stop between Lobley Hill and HMRC or not.

Those changes were to allow compatibility with Clean Air Zone.
