RE: Arriva North East - Latest
(24 Oct 2013, 6:21 pm)Dan wrote Arriva have already demonstrated that they can have some pretty decent liveries (I'm thinking about the SightSeeker livery), but the additional X10/X11 vinyls just seem like an afterthought to me.
Blyth already seem to struggle somewhat with the allocation of their vehicles, and surely limiting themselves even further with branding on these Geminis is a bit of a step backwards?

Problem with branding at Blyth is the reliability of services where they make effective use of spare vehicles to ensure services leave on time, of course this could see a hybrid replaced on the 308, this then becomes spare and then heads out on the next required replacement which maybe on the X4 or X10.

Exactly - not much imagination went in there !

Let's make sure we don't lose any advertising space (tick), not too fancy (tick), get them on the right service (oops !!!)

Still amazed the Coastliner branding lives on - a good idea that one Smile

Anyone after a photo of 1512, it is once again on the same X1/X2 working it has done for the entire week - 0935 and 1405 off Middlesbrough.

Major revamp of Darlington town centre bus stand departures yesterday. In my opinion it's made the congestion a lot more worse!!

Does anybody know what has happened/is happening to the Waddington Street Depot? Has it been demolished?
