spotted 1431 tracking at Darlington on the 1 was it just on loan to Stockton

It transferred to Stockton then transferred back to Darlington dunno why tho

Was originally meant to transfer, but Stockton no longer need it.

Returning to Darlington to help cover long term Streetlite engine VORs.

Stockton doesn’t need it because one of our college boards goes onto a X12 board so no point us having it
