A number of the older double-deck vehicles in the fleet have gained cherished registration plates, including this vehicle. This vehicle has been re-registered FCU 190, having previously been registered as NK05 GZR.

This vehicle has received modifications at Thornton Brothers, Ashington, and as such is now DDA-compliant. This means that this vehicle does not need to be withdrawn from service prior to 1 January 2016 (like all other non-DDA compliant single deckers).

This vehicle, which carries Stagecoach's corporate livery and additionally sports "connecting the dots" branding with sub-branding for services 52, 58, 59 and 61, has arrived into the Stagecoach North East fleet, and is currently undergoing preparation for service.
