Taken a few years back minus the HELP bumper. Presumably moved on by now.
I saw it myself around this time when working up that way - but stumbled across the photo by accident just now.

We've discussed Nexus imposed fines for non compliance over and over. I do now have a whole bunch of information though, so it probably justifies it's own thread. All information below is in rich text format.

Day 1 of exams today... Do reckon I am going to be morbidly obese by the time the exams finish due to the amount of sugary foods I'm eating to combat the stress!
Upside of today is that, at 15:00, I've no requirement to speak French again!

I couldn't find a thread relating to 'Gillinghams', so I thought I'd make one. My english teacher's dad is a long serving employee there, and drives everything from scholars contracts to long distance coach journeys. Any information or suggestions relating to Gillingham's goes beneath here.

Lee Wardle has posted the following on the Tyne and Wear Bus Enthusiasts Facebook group.
If anybody needs more details or would like a copy of the proposed timetable to plan which buses you want to ride, Lee has asked that people contact him directly.
Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancs are holding at Open Day on Saturday May 24th between 10:00 & 16:00 at Carlisle (Willowholme). Amongst the Stagecoach buses I have managed to arrange are ex First Volvo Royale 16235 from Gilmoss, Volvo B6 30339 from Kilmarnock will be making it's debut after restoration back to Stripes, Ribble branded Dennis Trident 18156 from Chorley as well as buses from Busways, Glasgow (Megabus), Manchester and Wrexham (Bluebird ex First). There will also be buses from our other depots at Kendal, Lillyhall and Morecambe. Preserved buses will also be in attendance and the majority of them will be used on the free shuttle service.

Slowly feeling better after Eye Surgery on Tuesday, just sick of my Eye Watering and having to persevere with putting Eye Drops in every 2 Hours, other than that I am feeling good.

Some buses have started to be moved already but on Saturday 10th May, Nightingale coaches will officially leave their depot at Greencroft for South Moor which is the end of the street with the Chippy on the corner. This could possibly link to why they had buses taking enthusiasts to their depot a couple of weeks ago from Durham.

Heard an interview earlier on Radio Newcastle.
Interviewing a member of the NCC authority, it was stated that the council are in the early stages, starting investigations into the feasibility, costs and location of stations between Woodhorn and Northumberland Park.
Stations would be of a P&R type, to encourage commuters into using services.
