The New vehicles for Stagecoach Teesside, are currently due to be delivered, from the week ending Friday 21st August 2015, with final deliveries expected the week ending Friday 23rd September 2015. It is possible therefore, that these vehicles will carry 65' registration plates, given the 65' plate registration marks come into effect from 1 September 2015.

It appears that the Wrightbus Streetlites and Optare Solos are not suitable for the Isle of Arran:

Adam has hit the nail on the head - it is a demonstrator to trial 'Start-Stop' technology in a conventionally-powered vehicles. It's one of only two examples so far fitted with the technology in the UK and will be on trial at Gillmoss for a period of 6 months to a year.

"The first of the large batch of Glasgow's new Euro 6 E300's arrived at Kilmarnock mid-week for prep work prior to entering service. 3 have so far arrived 27211-3 SK15HBJ/L/N. They are unique in having tinted window's, a revised seating leather moquette and USB sockets. These will be the first brand new service buses for Glasgow for many, many years and will be utilised on the X1 and X19 services." - David Walker

These are confirmed Euro 6 E300s. Yes im sure people are thinking ADL will stop making the E300 in Euro 6 but I think theres some discussion going on in ADL at the minute...........
I think the E300 might be offered in euro 6 because demand is really good for it. No one wants a reborn SPD do they? ( 11.7m E200 MMC ) I wouldn't!

The longest E200MMC replaces the ADL E300 at Euro6. A E300MMC body is in development for outsourced chassis (Scania).
