Noticed a few things today that make me question the sanity of Nexus

Birtley Station Lane stop

21 to Newcastle - Journey time 28 minutes
X2 to Newcastle - Journey time 32 minutes!!!

yet a few stops later at Windsor Road the X2 has suddenly made up time and is now 26 minutes journey vs GNE who are still 28

So we race along to Low Fell The Cannon where the 21 now takes....

16 minutes!

But the X2 (which bear in mind doesn't stop again until Gateshead after Low Fell Cannon) now takes 18 minutes....

You should really catch the 29....that only takes 13 minutes to Gateshead (quicker than the others!)

Can anyone explain the logic that is Nexus?

Anyone else's Tapatalk app running a few minutes behind?

I was checking the forum on my desktop, and saw a post, then as I was replying it came up as a notification 3 minutes after posting, on my iPhone.

I've noticed over the last few weeks that there has been a lot of "spammers" registering on the forum.

A so called "mrsakil" is the newest one:

sewer repair Oakland CA plumbers offering plumbing repair, drain cleaning, sewer repair, trenchless sewer replacement, sewer cleaning and all other plumbing services. Free video inspection.

Is there a fault with the forum's security or something?

I'm building a bus layout on my floor (can't afford a table), I'll publish photos of my progress on here later in the week. I might consider adding a depot and a railway (already have a Northern Pacer).

Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - February 2015

As there was no complaints regarding our decision to split the "Go North East: Latest News & Discussion" by month, the remaining "Latest News & Discussion" and "Rare & Odd Workings" threads have now followed suit.

The January 2015 threads will be locked tomorrow morning and they will no longer appear as 'stickied' threads. New threads for February will be created, and these will appear as 'stickied' threads instead.
I have absolutely no problem with anyone else creating the threads for February 2015 if they wish to post at some point during the early hours of tomorrow morning, but only the forum moderators will be able to moderate the individual threads by locking them, etc.

Liam and I are both feeling rather productive, so look out for further updates coming soon. We want to work on improving all features of the site, and we have already completed the work on the forum and fleet lists. There will be ongoing updates to the content of the fleet lists over the next few weeks, and you can track updates on these within the sub-forum of the operator in question.
The 'Photos' and 'News' sections are likely to be next in line for some minor changes, so if you've got any ideas, it'd be best to post these now and we'll see if we can work with them.
We are also looking to remove the 'Bygone Era' from the forum completely to be replaced by an external feature similar to the fleet lists and news, but it's finding a way of developing a system which will not require a great deal of input from us so we can get it up and running again as soon as possible.
